Scores killed in massacre of farmers in Nigeria

In tonight’s edition: Thousands of Nigerians displaced by an islamist insurgency are encouraged to return home even as the country comes to terms with the worst attack against civilians this year. Dozens were killed in a massacre of farm workers over the weekend. Fighting may be over in Tigray according to the Ethiopian PM, but the region’s leader says that both sides are  still at war. Diplomatic tensions between Kenya and Somalia escalate after Mogadishu withdraws its envoy to Nairobi and expels his counterpart. Somalia accuses Kenya of interfering in Jubaland elections.
