Ethiopian government declares ‘unilateral ceasefire’ in Tigray

Ethiopia’s federal government on Monday declared a « unilateral ceasefire » in its war-torn Tigray region, state media reported, as rebel fighters entered the regional capital Mekele sparking celebrations on the streets.
