Zambians vote in tight presidential race

In tonight’s edition:  Zambians cast their ballots in crowded polling stations right up until closing time on a day of largely peaceful voting. But as millions went to the polls Whatsapp and other social media platforms were restricted in the country. And we head to Senegal where tenants are increasingly worried about the rising housing prices. Many cannot afford their rents and owners get around the weak laws put in place.
