53 killed in attack on civilian convoy in Ethiopia

First we take you to Ethiopia. The Ethiopian Human Rights Commission has accused security forces of carrying out summary killings of Tigrayan men suspected of involvement in a fatal attack in the region of Benishangul-Gumuz.

At least 53 people died after an unidentified armed group attacked a civilian convoy. The previously unreported attack occurred in March. A video appearing to show men in military uniform burning victims alive prompted the government to say it would find those responsible.
