South Africa brings genocide accusations against Israel to ICJ

In tonight’s edition: South Africa takes Israel to the International Court of Justice, arguing that its response to the October 7 Hamas attacks is a breach of the UN Genocide Convention. Also, there’s a reprieve as the Congo River starts receding after reaching its highest level in more than 60 years.
