DR Congo opposition wants to block Tshisekedi’s plan to change the constitution

In the Democratic Republic of Congo, parties from the political opposition have announced that they consider President Felix Tshisekedi’s plan to change the constitution as tantamount to a coup d’etat, and vowed to fight the move.
