El-Fasher’s healthcare system is « collapsing » as fears of a humanitarian crisis grow

According to the UN, hundreds have been killed in a Darfur hospital by the RSF paramilitary. As thousands of others are fleeing, concerns of a humanitarian crisis in the region are growing.
