Nigeria Seals Oil, Gas Local Content Development Deal With Senegal

[This Day] The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and the Senegalese Petroleum Industry have agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Nigeria’s support for the development of local content in Senegal’s oil and gas industry.
