Fish-Drained Senegal to Exploit Liberian Waters Through New Agreement With Govt

[FrontPageAfrica] Monrovia -Senegal, a country running out of fish in its waters, has signed a five-year agreement with the Government of Liberia to exploit Liberian territorial waters and in return provide training and support to local fisherman and the fishing industry.
