Le secrétaire général du Parti socialiste sénégalais est décédé ce lundi matin à Bordeaux, en France. Ousmane Tanor Dieng, 72 ans, qui fut l’un des principaux opposants à Abdoulaye Wade, avait été plusieurs fois candidat à l’élection présidentielle, avant de rallier Macky Sall, en 2012, ouvrant la voie à une crise profonde au sein de son parti.
