[HRW] Human Rights Watch writes in advance of the 77th pre-session of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women relating to Senegal’s compliance with the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (« the Convention »). This submission addresses issues related to articles 1, 10, and 12 of the Convention.
