Australian court orders Vatican treasurer Pell to stand trial

MELBOURNE (Reuters) – Vatican Treasurer George Pell must face trial on charges of historical sexual offences, an Australian court ruled on Tuesday, making him the most senior Catholic official to be tried on such allegations.
